Down With Gravity at World Science Festival 2008
Posted on May 08, 2008

May 2008: Playful Productions co-presented the "Down With Gravity" jugglers at the first annual World Science Festival in and around NYC's Washington Square Park. The trio taught juggling lessons and presented a stage show for an audience that held rapt despite intermittent thunderstorms.

This first WSF was a smash, selling out every ticketed program. Playful Productions wishes this worthy endeavor much success in the future.

Fun Fact: World Science Festival founder and string theory pioneer Brian Greene was Playful Productions' president Viveca Gardiner's resident advisor at Harvard in the 1980s, and his father, Alan Greene, was a real vaudevillain!
